- 1 can salmon
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt (smoked)
- 3 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Drain salmon.

2Combine salmon, cheese, lemon juice, grated onion, horseradish and salt.

3Shape into 2 logs.

4Chill.

5Roll logs in pecans and parsley.

6Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

7Slice and serve on crackers.
