  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans macaroni in cheese sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained, boned, skin removed and broken into chunks
  • 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 c. shredded sharp American cheese (4 oz.)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    In a large bowl, stir together beaten eggs, macaroni in cheese sauce, salmon chunks, soft bread crumbs, shredded American cheese and salt.

    Turn mixture into a greased 10-inch oven-going skillet or a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° until set in center, 40 to 45 minutes. Cut in wedges or squares. Garnish each serving with a parsley sprig.
