  • 1 large can red salmon, boned, drained, skinned and mashed fine
  • 1 pkg. gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

    Mix by blender; fold in sour cream at the last.

    Chill in mold until firm.

    Use cucumbers, olives for eyes and garnish.
