  • 2 (14 3/4 oz.) cans salmon, including juice
  • 1/2 tsp. celery flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 3/4 c. wheat bran
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dill seed

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Form into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, then brown tops.

    In place of salmon, you may substitute 6 small cans of turkey or chicken.
