- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Directions

1Drain and flake salmon.

2Remove skin and bones.

3Combine salmon with next 6 ingredients; mix well and chill.

4Form into a log; roll in pecans and parsley.

5Serve chilled with a variety of crackers or vegetables (raw).
