- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained and bones removed
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped nutmeats
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
Directions

1Blend salmon and cream cheese with lemon juice, onion, salt and horseradish until smooth.

2Mix in nutmeats.

3Mold in a small bowl lined with plastic wrap.

4Chill for several hours or overnight.

5Remove from bowl; carefully remove plastic wrap and roll in parsley.

6Serve with thinly sliced rye bread or crisp crackers.
