  • 1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained (remove skin and bones)
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish (heaping)
  • parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 2 tsp. dill weed (dried)
  • dash of hot pepper sauce
  • salt
  • pepper (fresh ground)
  • fennel bread (serve with)

Directions
