- 1 can salmon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. flour (1/4 c. in salmon, 1/4 c. for rolling salmon)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. Crisco
Directions

1Drain salmon and set aside.

2Mix salmon with beaten egg and onion until sticky.

3Add baking powder and 1/4 cup flour to salmon mixture and stir.

4Make patties and roll in 1/4 cup flour.

5Fry in Crisco until brown.
