- 1 can pink salmon and its juice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 16 saltine crackers, crumbled
Directions

1Remove all skin and big bones from salmon.

2Flake salmon and mix with other ingredients until crackers are moist.

3(If you have time, refrigerate 30 minutes.)

4Dip by rounded tablespoon and form into 10 patties.

5Fry over medium heat until brown and crisp. Serve hot.
