  • 6 oz. fresh salmon fillets
  • 1/2 yellow peach
  • 1 oz. fresh tarragon
  • 1 tsp. white wine
  • 1 tsp. cream
  • 1 tsp. butter

Directions

    Bake salmon with wine at 400° for 5 minutes.

    Place salmon on plate and top with peaches.

    Mix wine, butter and cream of tarragon until sauce thickens.
