- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/3 c. grated cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, flaked
- 1 can peas
- about 4 to 6 biscuits
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook onion in butter until tender.

2Add flour.

3Add evaporated milk, stirring until thick.

4Add cheese, salmon and seasonings. Add peas.

5Place mixture into casserole.

6Top with biscuits (uncooked).

7Bake at 425° until biscuits are brown.
