Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs (2 1/2 slices)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and soup.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Pour into a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until mixture appears set.

    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
