- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs (2 1/2 slices)
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and soup.

2Stir in remaining ingredients.

3Pour into a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until mixture appears set.

4Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
