  • 4 piece square puff pastry
  • 1 1/2 tbsp pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup salmon flake
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese cut into strip
  • 1 cup shreded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried chili flake
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Directions

    Join the edge of the puff pastry then spread generously the pizza sauce or any spaghetti sauce then springkle the cooked leftover salmon flake and some onion

    Top with shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese with dried oregano then baked it at 185 C till cheese,are melted and puff are crispy and brown for about 20 to 25 minutes

    Garnish with a dash of chili flake and dried oregano and serve immediately
