- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1 can (14 3/4 oz.) salmon
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 t. vegetable oil
- 1-2 t. dried basil
- 1 T. butter, softened
- 2 c. mozzarella cheese
- 4 flour tortillas
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients.

2Lightly butter one side of each tortilla.

3Place tortilla, butter side down, in skillet over medium heat.

4Drop 1/4

5salmon mixture onto one half of tortilla. Cover with mozzarella cheese.

6Fold tortilla in two and brown each side.

7Repeat for remaining 3 tortillas.

8Makes 4 servings.
