  • 1 small can salmon
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 2 drops hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Directions

    Drain liquid from salmon and add enough water or milk to make 1/4 cup.

    Bake empty crust 10 minutes at 400°.

    Combine ingredients and put in crust, reduce temperature to 325° and bake 30 minutes.
