- 1 shortcrust pastry sht ready-rolled
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion finely diced
- 210 grams salmon drained and flaked
- 2 eggs lrgs
- 1 sauce mix pkt MAGGI Parsley
- 1 cup milk
Directions

1Line a 20cm flan tin with the pastry and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

2Heat the butter in a small saucepan.

3Add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.

4Cook, then spread the onion over the pastry.

5Top with the salmon.

6Combine the eggs, sauce mix and milk in a bowl and whisk until well blended.

7Pour the mixture over the salmon.

8Bake in a preheated oven, 200 C, for 30-35 minutes or until the flan is golden brown and firm.
