- 1 13 cups flour
- 155 g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 250 g salmon
- 3 onions, finely chopped
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 200 g mascarpone
- 180 ml fresh cream
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- salt and pepper
- breadcrumbs
Directions

1For the pastry make in a crumble the flour salt and butter.

2Then add the egg yolk and water till the mixture become a firm ball.

3Than wrap in cling film and leave to rest for 30 minute.

4Prepare the baking dish by spreading it lightly with butter and cover with breadcrumbs.

5Open the pastry and put it in the dish over the breadcrumbs.

6Put in the fridge for 15min meanwhile make the filling.

7Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the onions and leave aside to cool.

8In a bowl mix the cottage cheese, mascarpone and fresh cream.

9Add salmon and eggs.

10Take out the pastry from the fridge, spread the onions on the pastry and spread the salmon mixture on the onions.

11Bake for 40 minute.
