- 6 ounces smoked atlantic salmon
- 2 large hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 2 heads radicchio (approximately twenty leaves)
- 14 head red leaf lettuce
- 14 head bibb lettuce
- 1 bunch romaine lettuce hearts
- 14 cup fresh basil leaf
- 14 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
Directions

1Wash and dry greens.

2Shred, sala-style, into large bowl.

3Shred salmon with a fork and add to the greens.

4Add sliced egg, tomatoes and parmesan and toss.

5Serve cold.

6For dressing try Honey-Mustard Vinigrette with Dill.
