- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- paprika
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 10 stuffed olives, sliced
- 1 tsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. hot milk
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
Directions

1Soak gelatin in milk.

2Dissolve in hot milk.

3Add remaining ingredients and place in a well-oiled mold.

4Crab meat or shrimp may be used in place of the salmon.

5Serve with salad dressing.
