- 1 can Pink Salmon 15oz, Drained With Skin And Bones Discarded
- 1/2 cups Onion, Chopped
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs, Divided Use
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 1 teaspoon Prepared Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Seafood Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 cups Oil, For Frying
- 1 package Slider Buns(mini Burger Buns, 8 Count), Toasted
- 3 teaspoons Prepared Mustard
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 8 slices Ripe Avocado
- 8 slices Roma Tomatoes
Directions

1In a large bowl, flake salmon.

2Add onion, 1/2 cup of panko, eggs, mustard, seafood seasoning, and pepper.

3Combine well and make into 8 small patties.

4Put remaining panko in a shallow dish, and dredge patties in panko.

5In a large frying pan, heat oil on medium high heat.

6Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

7Drain on paper towel lined plate.

8To serve, apply mustard, mayonnaise, 1 salmon patty, avocado and tomato slices to each bun.

9*If youd like a little spice, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the three tablespoons of mayonnaise...prepare sliders as directed.
