- 1 can salmon
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Make white sauce of all ingredients except eggs and salmon. Then add salmon while sauce is boiling.

2Remove from heat and put well beaten yolks of eggs into mixture.

3Cool.

4Beat the whites of the eggs stiff and fold in just before pudding in oven.

5Pour into a greased baking dish and bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
