  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 slices bread, broken up
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans salmon, drained and flaked
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. minced onions
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • paprika

Directions

    Mix butter, milk and bread.

    Stir in salmon, egg yolks, lemon juice, onions, salt and pepper.

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Fold into salmon mixture.

    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350°.
