- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. milk
- 4 slices bread, broken up
- 2 (16 oz.) cans salmon, drained and flaked
- 2 eggs, separated
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. minced onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Mix butter, milk and bread.

2Stir in salmon, egg yolks, lemon juice, onions, salt and pepper.

3Beat egg whites until stiff.

4Fold into salmon mixture.

5Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.

6Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350°.
