- 1 tall can salmon
- 4 saltine crackers
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Put salmon in a mixing bowl and remove bones.

2Add saltine crackers that have been crushed; add milk, baking powder and salt; mix.

3Beat eggs and add to mixture; mix well.

4Dot with butter on top of mixture that has been put into a casserole.

5Place casserole in a pan with about 1-inch water as for custard.

6Bake at 350° until a knife comes out clean, about 1 hour.
