- 4 -6 ounces crabmeat or 4 -6 ounces surimi
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper
- 16 shrimp
- fresh dill sprig
Directions

1Chop up the crab meat.

2Peel and half the eggs, remove the yolks, mix the yolks with the sour cream, tomato paste, and tabasco.

3Add salt and pepper to taste, then fold in the crab meat.

4Stuff the eggs with this mixture, garnish with the shrimp and some dill.
