- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. scalded milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 lb. sharp cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 lb. flaked canned salmon
Directions

1Soak soft bread crumbs in scalded milk.

2Add salt, dry mustard and cheese.

3Mix until cheese is melted.

4Let cool as you clean salmon; remove skin and bones.

5Add egg yolks.

6Fold in 2 cups flaked salmon (1 pound).

7Fold in 3 egg whites, beaten stiff.
