- 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. sliced green onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, undrained
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 8 oz. plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- dash of parsley
- dry garlic to taste
- 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked as directed on pkg.
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute mushrooms and onion in butter until tender.

2Add undrained salmon and wine; simmer for 3 minutes.

3Stir yogurt, cornstarch, pepper, parsley and garlic together; add to skillet and cook for 3 minutes.

4Serve over cooked spaghetti; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
