  • 250 g can salmon
  • 1 packet dried onion soup
  • milk and water
  • 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
  • 90 g grated tasty cheese
  • chopped parsley
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs

Directions

    Make up soup with milk and water according to directions on the packet.

    Add bread crumbs and leave to cool.
  3. 3
    Mix in cheese, parsley and salmon.

    Pour into a greased casserole dish and cover with the extra grated cheese and sliced hard-boiled eggs. Dot with butter and place in a moderate oven (375° to 400°) until brown. Delicious as a lunch dish.
