- 2 cans (15 oz.) salmon, drained, boned and flaked
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- fresh dill or parsley (optional)
- toasted bread rounds or crackers
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Spread on a serving platter and shape into a loaf or ball.
