- 1 lb. canned salmon, deboned and drained
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. white horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- chopped walnuts
- flat Italian parsley
Directions

1Combine salmon, softened cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice and liquid smoke.

2Mix until well blended.

3Form into ball and refrigerate for several hours.

4Roll in nuts and parsley and serve with crackers or party rye bread.
