- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained, boned and flaked
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 3 green onions, minced
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Mix all ingredients until well blended.

2Cover and chill several hours until firm.

3Shape into a ball and roll in minced parsley or line a decorative mold with plastic wrap.

4Pack spread into mold and chill.

5Serve with wheat or sesame crackers or Melba toast.
