- 1 (16 oz.) can Alaska red sockeye salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. green onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- assorted crackers
Directions

1In a medium bowl, blend salmon, cream cheese, onions, lemon juice, horseradish and salt.

2Wrap in wax paper to form a ball. Chill one hour or until firm. Roll in parsley and nuts; chill until ready to use.

3Serve with crackers.
