  • 4 medium salmon steaks
  • 4 Tbsp. clarified butter
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh snipped dill weed
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Heat skillet to medium-high.

    Add clarified butter. Saute salmon 2 minutes. Turn and saute 2 more minutes. Add white wine, dill, salt and pepper.

    Cook until salmon flakes when tested. Serve with the pan juices.
