Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 potatoes, diced
  • 3 to 4 onions, diced
  • 1 can whole tomatoes
  • 1 can Niblets yellow corn
  • 1 can salmon, deboned and flaked
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can cream (canned milk)
  • 3 slices fatback, fried out

Directions

    Cook potatoes and onions until well done.

    Do not drain.

    Add can of tomatoes, seasoned with fried out meat grease.

    Add corn, salmon and tomato soup.

    Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Remove from heat and when it stops boiling, add can of cream, stirring constantly.

    Serve with cornbread or crackers.
