Salmon Stew

Ingredients

  • 5 or 6 potatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
  • 1 small can creamed corn
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cans evaporated milk

Directions

    Cook potatoes and onion in about 2 cups water in large saucepan or Dutch oven.

    Add salmon (skin and bones removed).

    Add remaining ingredients, plus 2 cans of water.

    Cook over low heat until potatoes are soft.

    Serve with crackers.
