- 5 or 6 potatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 1 small can creamed corn
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt
- pepper
- 2 cans evaporated milk
Directions

1Cook potatoes and onion in about 2 cups water in large saucepan or Dutch oven.

2Add salmon (skin and bones removed).

3Add remaining ingredients, plus 2 cans of water.

4Cook over low heat until potatoes are soft.

5Serve with crackers.
