Salmon Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 1 - 15 oz. can salmon
  • 8 to 10 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 - 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 12 manicotti shells or 24 large sea shells, cooked and cooled
  • spaghetti sauce

    Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well.

    Stuff shells. Cover with spaghetti sauce Bake in shallow pan that has been sprayed with PAM at 350° for 15 - 20 minutes or until heated through.
