Salmon Tostadas

  • 1/4 cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt And Black Pepper To Taste
  • 2 whole Tostada Shells
  • 1/2 whole Avocado (peeled, Pitted And Sliced)
  • 8 ounces, weight Grilled Or Cooked Salmon

Directions

    In a medium bowl, mix the cilantro, Greek yogurt, lime juice, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste.

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Place tostada shells on a plate.

    Add half of the avocado slices to one tostada and top with half of the grilled salmon.

    Repeat this step with the other tostada then evenly divide the Greek yogurt mixture between the two.

    Season lightly and serve immediately.
