- 1 lb. can salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Drain and flake salmon.

2Add cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, liquid smoke and salt; mix well.

3Chill 2 or 3 hours or overnight.

4Shape into log.

5Chill 2 or 3 hours.

6Sprinkle pecans on wax paper.

7Roll log in pecans.

8Chill until ready to serve with crackers.
