  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup roasted red pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
