Ingredients

  • 1 lb. salmon
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

    Drain and flake salmon

    Add all ingredients except pecans, combine well.

    Chill for several hours or overnight
  4. 4
    Shape into log and chill for 2-3 more hours
  5. 5
    Sprinkle pecans on wax paper, roll log in pecans
  6. 6
    Chill until ready to serve, serve with crackers of choice.
