  • 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup (heaping) grated Romano cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
