- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can salmon
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions

1Drain salmon, reserving 1/4 cup of juice.

2Discard salmon bones and skin.

3In a bowl, combine salmon, egg, flour, and dill; mix well.

4Stir baking powder into reserved juice; add to salmon mixture.

5Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.

6Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls into skillet.

7Cook the patties for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

8Drain on paper towels.

9Serve warm.
