- 1 (14 oz.) can salmon or 2 (6 or 7 oz.) cans tuna
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Drain oil or water into a measuring cup off of salmon or tuna. Dump salmon into a mixing bowl and add the egg; mix well.

2Add flour.

3Mixture will be very thick.
