Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) can salmon or 2 (6 or 7 oz.) cans tuna
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 heaping tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Drain oil or water into a measuring cup off of salmon or tuna. Dump salmon into a mixing bowl and add the egg; mix well.

    Add flour.

    Mixture will be very thick.
