- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. onion
- 1 egg
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Drain salmon.

2Reserve 1/4 cup of liquid.

3Mix salmon, egg and onion.

4Stir in flour.

5Add baking powder to liquid and stir into salmon mixture.

6Drop from spoon into hot oil.

7Fry until golden brown (approximately 7 minutes).

8Serve hot.
