  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled
  • aproximately 7 Tablespoons of olive oil
  • drizzle of vinegar(preferably sherry, NOT balsamic)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • Garnish:
  • serrano or prosciutto ham
  • hard-boiled eggs
