  • 1-1/2 lb. beef rump roast, cooked, shredded
  • 2 cups finely shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped seeded tomato
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
  • 24 corn tostada shells
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Directions

    Toss all ingredients except tostadas and sour cream in large bowl; cover.

    Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

    Spoon 1/4 cup of the meat mixture onto each tostada; top with 1 tsp.
