- 8 large tomatoes
- 6 green peppers
- 6 jalapeno peppers
- 4 c. onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. salt
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar or less
- 3/4 c. sugar or less
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Place chopped tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic and salt in crock.

2Let stand for 10 to 12 hours, preferably overnight.

3Boil vinegar and sugar until sugar is dissolved.

4Mix in tomato paste and tomato sauce.

5Add all other ingredients.

6Bring to a boil and boil only 5 minutes.

7Yields 10 to 12 pints.
