- 5 qt. Roma tomatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 large green peppers, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. canning salt
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 oz. can jalapeno pepper (I cut up 6 small from garden)
Directions

1Put all in a roast pan and bake at 350° for 2 1/2 hours.

2Stir every 30 to 45 minutes.

3Put in jars and seal.
