Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves or 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 large very ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies
  • 1/8 c. jalapeno peppers (optional)
  • pinch of Sweet 'N Low to taste

Directions

    In a food processor, chop tomatoes separate, then add chopped onions.

    You can add more jalapeno peppers if you like it hot. Mix all other ingredients together with chopped vegetables.

    Store in a glass jar.
