  • 1 pepper (red or green), chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pinch of ground cloves
  • 4 oz. chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1/4 c. cilantro, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. diced tomatoes
