  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 5 to 6 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1/3 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 tsp. cumin
